28 Arrangements for privacy commissioner of another
jurisdiction to exercise functions
If an appointment is not made under section 26, the Minister may
make arrangements for the commissioner (however described)
responsible for exercising functions under a Commonwealth or State
law that substantially correspond to this Act to exercise 1 or more of
the functions of the information privacy commissioner.
