29ARegistering research service providers

#### 29A Registering research service providers (1) The Board must, on application by an entity, decide whether to register or refuse to register the entity as a research service provider capable of providing services in one or more specified research fields to R&D entities registered under section 27A. > Note: A decision under this subsection is reviewable (see Division 5). (2) The Board must not register the entity under subsection (1) unless the Board is satisfied that the entity meets the criteria specified in regulations made for the purposes of this subsection. (3) A registration under this section is subject to the conditions (if any) specified in regulations made for the purposes of this subsection.
