11Duties of Chairperson

#### 11 Duties of Chairperson It is the duty of the Chairperson to ensure the efficient and orderly conduct of the business of the Board, and for that purpose, the Chairperson: (a) must make, or cause to be made, such inquiries as the Chairperson thinks necessary into: (i) applications made under this Act, the Pooled Development Funds Act 1992 or the Venture Capital Act 2002; or (ii) any other matter relevant to the operation of this Act, the Pooled Development Funds Act 1992 or the Venture Capital Act 2002; and (b) may make, or cause to be made, to the Board such reports in relation to those applications as the Chairperson thinks fit; and (c) may determine the form of the records to be kept by the Board.
