#### 42 Regulations The Governor‑General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing all matters required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed, or necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act, and, in particular: (aa) prescribing matters that are to be taken into account by the Board when determining whether it should enter into an agreement with a company under subsection 30(1); (ab) prescribing matters relating to the calling of meetings, or to the conduct of meetings, of the Advisory Committee, the Technical Standing Committee or a committee appointed under section 19B; (a) prescribing matters relating to the making of applications for grants; and (b) requiring an application for a grant, or a document, book or record furnished for the purposes of this Act, to be verified by statutory declaration.
