34AEffect of late application

#### 34A Effect of late application Where an application for a commencement grant in respect of a grant year is made by a company, as provided by paragraph 34(3A)(b), after 30 September in a year, the Board shall not authorize payment of a commencement grant to the company in respect of that grant year before 1 July in the following year.
