sec.97 Publishing decisions etc.
The registrar may publish on the QIRC website— a decision of the court, commission or registrar; and notice of the making or amendment of a bargaining instrument. The registrar must, if the commission directs, publish an amendment of a bargaining instrument on the QIRC website. For other documents the registrar must publish on the QIRC website, see sections 160 , 161 , 215 , 230 and 459 of the Act . The court, commission or registrar may, in the public interest or for another reason the court, commission or registrar considers appropriate— withhold publication of a document; or modify a document, before publication, in a way that does not affect the essence of the document. r 97 amd 2017 SL No. 26 s 31 (sec.97-ssec.1) The registrar may publish on the QIRC website— a decision of the court, commission or registrar; and notice of the making or amendment of a bargaining instrument.
