sec.89 Notice of objection to proposed declaration— Trading (Allowable Hours) Act 1990
A notice of objection to a proposal to declare an industrial commission order to be obsolete under the Trading (Allowable Hours) Act 1990 , section 31 must— be in the approved form; and state the reasons for the objection.
- (a) be in the approved form; and
- (b) state the reasons for the objection.
