sec.85 Application to revoke WHS entry permit— Work Health and Safety Act 2011
An application to revoke a WHS entry permit under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 , section 138 must— be in the approved form; and state the grounds for the application. See the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 , section 138 (2) for the grounds for the application.
