sec.75 Application for injunction under Act , s 473
An application for an injunction under section 473 of the Act must— be in the approved form; and state the facts relied on. r 75 amd 2017 SL No. 26 s 23 ; 2021 SL No. 10 s 55
- (a) be in the approved form; and
- (b) state the facts relied on.
