sec.51 Limitation of affidavit
In an affidavit, a person may only make— for an affidavit supporting an application—statements to the best of the person’s own knowledge, information or belief; or otherwise—statements of facts of the person’s own knowledge.
- (a) for an affidavit supporting an application—statements to the best of the person’s own knowledge, information or belief; or
- (b) otherwise—statements of facts of the person’s own knowledge.
