sec.38A Special requirements for service by email
A document served by email must state the following in the body of the email— the sender’s name and address; the name of the person to be served; the date and time of transmission; the total number of pages of the document transmitted, including any cover page attached to the document; the email address from which the document is transmitted; the name and telephone number of a person to contact if there is a problem with the transmission; that the transmission is for service under a stated rule or directions order. r 38A ins 2021 SL No. 10 s 15
- (a) the sender’s name and address;

- (d) the total number of pages of the document transmitted, including any cover page attached to the document;
- (e) the email address from which the document is transmitted;
- (f) the name and telephone number of a person to contact if there is a problem with the transmission;
- (g) that the transmission is for service under a stated rule or directions order.
