sec.32 Substituted service or notice of document
An application for an order under section 528 (2) of the Act must be in the approved form. The court, commission or registrar may state in an order made under section 528 (2) (b) of the Act the steps to be taken, instead of service, for bringing the document to the attention of the person to be served. r 32 sub 2017 SL No. 26 s 10 (sec.32-ssec.1) An application for an order under section 528 (2) of the Act must be in the approved form.
