sec.243 Existing practice notes
This rule applies to a practice note— issued, or taken to have been issued, under former rule 92; and in force immediately before the commencement. The practice note is taken to be a practice direction under new rule 92. In this rule— former rule 92 means rule 92 as in force from time to time before the commencement. new rule 92 means rule 92 as in force from the commencement. r 243 ins 2021 SL No. 10 s 57 (sec.243-ssec.1) This rule applies to a practice note— issued, or taken to have been issued, under former rule 92; and in force immediately before the commencement. (sec.243-ssec.2) The practice note is taken to be a practice direction under new rule 92. (sec.243-ssec.3) In this rule— former rule 92 means rule 92 as in force from time to time before the commencement. new rule 92 means rule 92 as in force from the commencement.
