sec.223 Aged or infirm person’s permit
Each of the following must be in the approved form— an application for a permit for an aged or infirm person under section 979 (1) of the Act ; notice of the application and of the hearing of any objection to the issue of the permit under section 979 (4) of the Act ; the permit. An application to cancel a permit under section 979 (7) of the Act must be in the approved form. r 223 amd 2017 SL No. 26 s 111 ; 2021 SL No. 10 s 55 (sec.223-ssec.1) Each of the following must be in the approved form— an application for a permit for an aged or infirm person under section 979 (1) of the Act ; notice of the application and of the hearing of any objection to the issue of the permit under section 979 (4) of the Act ; the permit. (sec.223-ssec.2) An application to cancel a permit under section 979 (7) of the Act must be in the approved form.
