sec.189 Application for registration
Each of the following must be in the approved form— an application by an association for registration as an employee organisation or employer organisation under section 602 (1) of the Act ; an application by a corporation for registration as an employer organisation under section 602 (2) of the Act . r 189 amd 2017 SL No. 26 s 88 ; 2021 SL No. 10 s 56
- (a) an application by an association for registration as an employee organisation or employer organisation under section 602 (1) of the Act ;
- (b) an application by a corporation for registration as an employer organisation under section 602 (2) of the Act .
