sec.185 Application for order for contravention of Act, s 268
An application for an order under section 269 of the Act must be in the approved form. An affidavit contained in or accompanying the application must state the facts it is alleged constitute a contravention of section 268 of the Act . r 185 amd 2017 SL No. 26 s 84 ; 2021 SL No. 10 s 55 (sec.185-ssec.1) An application for an order under section 269 of the Act must be in the approved form.
