sec.179 Application for approval to engage in industrial action— Act , s 235
An application for approval to engage in proposed industrial action under section 235 (1) of the Act must— be in the approved form; and be accompanied by an affidavit stating the steps taken by the applicant to ensure the registrar is satisfied as required under section 235 (1) (a) to (d) of the Act . r 179 sub 2017 SL No. 26 s 78
