sec.172A Application for making of bargaining award
An application under section 190 of the Act to make a bargaining award and terminate the relevant modern award must— be in the approved form; and be signed by or for the applicant; and be accompanied by the original proposed bargaining award. r 172A ins 2017 SL No. 26 s 73 amd 2021 SL No. 10 s 44
- (a) be in the approved form; and
- (b) be signed by or for the applicant; and
- (c) be accompanied by the original proposed bargaining award.
