sec.172 Application for certification of agreement
An application under section 189 of the Act for certification of an agreement must— be in the approved form; and be signed by or for the applicant; and be accompanied by the original agreement; and if there is or was a certified agreement covering some or all of the employees to be covered by the agreement, state— the name and agreement number of the certified agreement; and whether the agreement replaces the existing certified agreement. r 172 amd 2017 SL No. 26 s 72 ; 2021 SL No. 10 s 43
- (a) be in the approved form; and
- (b) be signed by or for the applicant; and
- (c) be accompanied by the original agreement; and
- (d) if there is or was a certified agreement covering some or all of the employees to be covered by the agreement, state— (i) the name and agreement number of the certified agreement; and (ii) whether the agreement replaces the existing certified agreement.
