sec.157 Application for order for contravention of Act, s 330
An application for an order under section 330 (3) of the Act must be in the approved form. An affidavit contained in or accompanying the application must state— the facts it is alleged constitute the contravention of section 330 (1) or (2) of the Act ; and if the application is made by an organisation that is to be affected by the order—the name of the organisation. r 157 amd 2017 SL No. 26 s 59 ; 2021 SL No. 10 s 55 (sec.157-ssec.1) An application for an order under section 330 (3) of the Act must be in the approved form. (sec.157-ssec.2) An affidavit contained in or accompanying the application must state— the facts it is alleged constitute the contravention of section 330 (1) or (2) of the Act ; and if the application is made by an organisation that is to be affected by the order—the name of the organisation.
