sec.155 Application for order about severance allowance and other separation benefits
An application for an order under section 326 of the Act must be in the approved form. If the application is made by an organisation whose rules entitle it to represent the industrial interests of an employee to be covered by the order, an affidavit contained in or accompanying the application must state the name of the organisation. r 155 amd 2017 SL No. 26 s 57 ; 2021 SL No. 10 s 55 (sec.155-ssec.1) An application for an order under section 326 of the Act must be in the approved form.
