sec.152 Application for reinstatement
An application for reinstatement under section 317 (1) of the Act must— be filed; and be in the approved form. The applicant must serve a copy of the application on the employer within 7 days after filing the application. r 152 amd 2017 SL No. 26 s 54 ; 2021 SL No. 10 s 41 (sec.152-ssec.1) An application for reinstatement under section 317 (1) of the Act must— be filed; and be in the approved form.
