sec.151 Application for order ensuring equal remuneration for work of equal or comparable value
An application for an order under chapter 5 , part 3 of the Act must be in the approved form. If the application is made by an organisation whose rules entitle it to represent the industrial interests of employees to be covered by the order, an affidavit contained in or accompanying the application must state the name of the organisation. r 151 amd 2017 SL No. 26 s 53 amd 2021 SL No. 10 s 55 (sec.151-ssec.1) An application for an order under chapter 5 , part 3 of the Act must be in the approved form.
