sec.15 Ways of filing
Except as otherwise provided under these rules, a document may be filed— by delivering it to the registry; or by posting it to the registry with a written request that the document be filed; or by transmitting it to the registry by fax, email or another method, subject to the fee, if any, being paid; or for an appeal from a decision of a magistrate—as required under rule 144 . r 15 amd 2021 SL No. 10 s 10
- (a) by delivering it to the registry; or
- (b) by posting it to the registry with a written request that the document be filed; or
- (c) by transmitting it to the registry by fax, email or another method, subject to the fee, if any, being paid; or
- (d) for an appeal from a decision of a magistrate—as required under rule 144 .
