sec.149 Application for order for payment instead of long service leave
An application under section 110 (3) of the Act must— be in the approved form; and state the grounds on which the application is made. r 149 amd 2017 SL No. 26 s 51
- (a) be in the approved form; and
- (b) state the grounds on which the application is made.
