sec.144 Application to appeal from magistrate— Act , s 556
An application to appeal from a decision of a magistrate must— be filed in the Magistrates Court at the place where the decision was made; and state the grounds of the appeal. An application to appeal must be in the approved form. See rules 4 and 8 (1) and (4) . r 144 amd 2017 SL No. 26 s 48
