sec.143 Application to appeal to full bench from registrar— Act , s 560
An application to appeal from a decision of the registrar under section 560 (1) or (2) of the Act must state the following— the name and last known address of each respondent or other party; the grounds of the appeal. r 143 amd 2017 SL No. 26 s 47
- (a) the name and last known address of each respondent or other party;
- (b) the grounds of the appeal.
