sec.141 Application for leave to appeal refused— Act , s 557 or 560
If the court or full bench refuses to grant leave to appeal— the appeal is taken to have been struck out; and a further application for leave to appeal, or an appeal, can not be filed for the subject matter of the struck out appeal. r 141 amd 2017 SL No. 26 s 45
- (a) the appeal is taken to have been struck out; and
