sec.138 Application for WHS review
An application for a WHS review must state the following— the decision to be reviewed; the full grounds for review and the facts relied on; the decision the applicant wants instead of the decision under review. An application for a WHS review must be in the approved form. See rule 8 (1) .
- (a) the decision to be reviewed;
- (b) the full grounds for review and the facts relied on;
- (c) the decision the applicant wants instead of the decision under review.
