sec.130 No representation by removed or suspended lawyers
A party may not be represented in a proceeding by a person if— the person’s name has been removed from the local roll under the Legal Profession Act 2007 ; or the person’s practising certificate under that Act has been suspended.
- (a) the person’s name has been removed from the local roll under the Legal Profession Act 2007 ; or
- (b) the person’s practising certificate under that Act has been suspended.
