sec.123ZD Practice directions for particular proceedings
The president may, after consulting with the Chief Magistrate, issue practice directions for the guidance of parties to a proceeding for a relevant claim in an Industrial Magistrates Court. A practice direction issued under subrule (1) must be published on the QIRC website. r 123ZD ins 2021 SL No. 10 s 38 (sec.123ZD-ssec.1) The president may, after consulting with the Chief Magistrate, issue practice directions for the guidance of parties to a proceeding for a relevant claim in an Industrial Magistrates Court. (sec.123ZD-ssec.2) A practice direction issued under subrule (1) must be published on the QIRC website.
