sec.77 Answering objection
If a copy of a notice of objection has been served under section 76 (5) , the applicant may file a statement answering the notice. The statement must— be signed by an authorised officer of each applicant; and state the facts relied on in answer to the objection; and be filed in the registry within 14 days after the notice of objection is served on the applicants. The applicant must serve a copy of the statement on the objector stated in the notice of objection within 7 days after filing it. (sec.77-ssec.1) If a copy of a notice of objection has been served under section 76 (5) , the applicant may file a statement answering the notice. (sec.77-ssec.2) The statement must— be signed by an authorised officer of each applicant; and state the facts relied on in answer to the objection; and be filed in the registry within 14 days after the notice of objection is served on the applicants. (sec.77-ssec.3) The applicant must serve a copy of the statement on the objector stated in the notice of objection within 7 days after filing it.
