sec.55 Who may act for constituent part
Anything that must or may be done under this part by a constituent part must or may be done by— a management committee of the constituent part; or if there is no management committee of the constituent part—the representative constituent member.
- (a) a management committee of the constituent part; or
- (b) if there is no management committee of the constituent part—the representative constituent member.
