sec.27 Hearing application and objections— Act , s 894
This section applies to an application under chapter 12 of the Act other than— an application made for the purpose of section 660 of the Act ; or an application for an election inquiry under section 688 of the Act . The industrial tribunal that is to hear the application must— fix a time and place to hear the application and objections; and give at least 7 days notice of the time and place of the hearing to each person who must be given an opportunity to be heard under section 894 of the Act . (sec.27-ssec.1) This section applies to an application under chapter 12 of the Act other than— an application made for the purpose of section 660 of the Act ; or an application for an election inquiry under section 688 of the Act . (sec.27-ssec.2) The industrial tribunal that is to hear the application must— fix a time and place to hear the application and objections; and give at least 7 days notice of the time and place of the hearing to each person who must be given an opportunity to be heard under section 894 of the Act .
- (a) an application made for the purpose of section 660 of the Act ; or
- (b) an application for an election inquiry under section 688 of the Act .
