sec.22 Signing or sealing application for deregistration order— Act , s 879
If an application under section 879 of the Act for a deregistration order is made by an organisation, the application must be— under the organisation’s seal; or signed by 2 of the organisation’s officers authorised to sign the application.
- (a) under the organisation’s seal; or
- (b) signed by 2 of the organisation’s officers authorised to sign the application.
