sec.148 Certificate of employment on termination— Act , s 935
For section 935 (1) of the Act , the particulars are as follows— the employee’s full name and address; a description of the trade or occupation in which the employee was employed; the dates on which the employee started and finished employment with the employer; the address of the workplace at which the employee was employed. The certificate must be signed and dated by the employer. (sec.148-ssec.1) For section 935 (1) of the Act , the particulars are as follows— the employee’s full name and address; a description of the trade or occupation in which the employee was employed; the dates on which the employee started and finished employment with the employer; the address of the workplace at which the employee was employed. (sec.148-ssec.2) The certificate must be signed and dated by the employer.
