sec.147A Revocation of declaration— Act , s 955
For section 955 (3) of the Act , the declaration of the Local Government Superannuation Scheme ABN 23 053 121 564 not to be a national system employer for the purposes of the Commonwealth Fair Work Act , by the repealed Industrial Relations Regulation 2000 , is revoked. See also section 152 and the repealed Industrial Relations Regulation 2011 , section 149 in relation to declarations for the Commonwealth Fair Work Act , section 14 (2) made by the repealed Industrial Relations Regulation 2000 .
