sec.133 Costs of fresh ballot ordered by inquiry
If the commission orders a fresh ballot under this part, the State must pay the costs of the fresh ballot. the cost of premises used for the fresh ballot In this section— fresh ballot , for an amalgamation or withdrawal, includes— a step in a ballot; and a safeguard, not allowed for under the rules of the organisation or constituent part, for a ballot or step in a ballot.
