sec.125 Interim orders
After the registrar refers the application, the commission may make an interim order — stopping any further steps— to conduct the ballot; or that give effect to the ballot result; or consequential to another interim order.
- (a) stopping any further steps— (i) to conduct the ballot; or (ii) that give effect to the ballot result; or
- (i) to conduct the ballot; or
- (ii) that give effect to the ballot result; or
- (b) consequential to another interim order.
