sec.121 Who may apply
An application for a ballot inquiry may be made only by— for an amalgamation ballot—a member of an existing organisation the ballot is about; or for a withdrawal ballot—a constituent member.
- (a) for an amalgamation ballot—a member of an existing organisation the ballot is about; or
- (b) for a withdrawal ballot—a constituent member.
