sch.2-sec.27 Direction by manager to leave count
The manager of the election may direct a person to leave the place where votes are being counted if the manager reasonably believes the person— does not have the right to be present at the count; or is interrupting the count, other than to exercise a scrutineer’s right.
- (a) does not have the right to be present at the count; or
- (b) is interrupting the count, other than to exercise a scrutineer’s right.
