#### 4 Notification of proposed enterprise agreement to which employees are parties 4 Notification of proposed enterprise agreement to which employees are parties > For the purposes of section 36(3) of the Act, the Industrial Registrar must advise each of the following persons of a proposed enterprise agreement under which employees are a party that is notified to the Industrial Registrar— > > > (a) the secretary or chief executive of each State peak council, > > > (b) the secretary or chief executive of any industrial organisation that is a party to an award or enterprise agreement that then applies to the employees for whom the proposed enterprise agreement is to be made.
