#### 35 Notification of proposed contract agreements to which groups of carriers are parties 35 Notification of proposed contract agreements to which groups of carriers are parties > For the purposes of section 325A(3) of the Act, the Industrial Registrar must advise the following persons of a proposed contract agreement that is notified to the Industrial Registrar and under which a group of carriers is a party— > > > (a) the secretary or chief executive of each State peak council, > > > (b) the secretary or chief executive of an association of contract carriers if— > > > > > (i) the association is a party to an existing contract determination or an existing contract agreement, and > > > > > (ii) the existing determination or existing agreement relates to the conditions of engagement of carriers whose contracts the proposed contract agreement will apply to, > > > (c) the secretary or chief executive of an association of employing contractors if— > > > > > (i) the association is not to be a party to the proposed contract agreement, and > > > > > (ii) the association is a party to an existing contract determination or an existing contract agreement, and > > > > > (iii) the existing determination or existing agreement relates to the conditions of engagement of carriers whose contracts the proposed contract agreement will apply to.
