#### 22 Persons by and to whom fees are payable 22 Persons by and to whom fees are payable > > (1) A fee, other than a hearing allocation fee or hearing fee, is payable to the Industrial Registrar by the person at whose request the document or service to which the fee relates is filed or rendered. > > > (2) If the document is filed or service is rendered at the request of a person acting as solicitor or agent for another person, the person and the party are jointly and severally liable for payment of the fee.
