#### 21 Payment of fees 21 Payment of fees > > (1) A fee, other than a hearing allocation fee or hearing fee, is payable when the document or service to which the fee relates is filed or rendered. > > > (2) Despite subclause (1), the Industrial Registrar may require the fee to be paid before the document is filed or service is rendered.
