#### 20 Amounts payable in relation to proceedings in the Commission 20 Amounts payable in relation to proceedings in the Commission > > (1) Subject to this Regulation, the fee that a person must pay in respect of a matter referred to in Column 1 of Schedule 1 is— > > > > > (a) except as provided by paragraph (b), the fee specified in respect of the matter in Column 2 of Schedule 1, or > > > > > (b) if the person is a corporation and a fee is specified in respect of the matter in Column 3 of Schedule 1—the fee specified. > > > (2) Despite subclause (1), the fee specified in Column 2 of Schedule 1 is payable by a corporation that produces evidence satisfactory to the Industrial Registrar— > > > > > (a) that the corporation’s turnover, in the financial year of the corporation immediately preceding the financial year in which the fees are to be taken, was less than $200,000, or > > > > > (b) if the corporation has not been in existence for a full financial year—that the corporation’s turnover in the first financial year of the corporation is likely to be less than $200,000.
