#### 73 Offences by organisations in relation to industrial action Section 335 of the Industrial Relations Act has effect as if: (a) the reference in paragraph (1)(g) to a member having refused or failed to join in industrial action included a reference to a member having refused or failed, before the commencement, to join in industrial action within the meaning of the previous Act; (b) the reference in paragraph (1)(j) to an application for an order under section 136 of the Industrial Relations Act included a reference to an application for an order under subsection 45(3D) of the previous Act; and (c) the reference in paragraph (1)(j) to a secret ballot ordered under section 135 or 136 of the Industrial Relations Act included a reference to a secret ballot ordered under section 45 of the previous Act.
