68Enforcement of judgments

#### 68 Enforcement of judgments (1) Where, before the commencement, a former Registrar had given a certificate under section 121 of the previous Act, the certificate may be enforced under that section after the commencement as if the previous Act had not been repealed. (2) Where: (a) a penalty was imposed, or an order made for the payment of an amount or of any costs or expenses, under the previous Act; and (b) section 121 of the previous Act applied in relation to the penalty or order immediately before the commencement; section 357 of the Industrial Relations Act has effect in relation to the penalty or order as if: (c) the reference in paragraph (1)(a) to section 178 were a reference to subsection 119(1) of the previous Act; (d) the reference in paragraph (1)(b) to subsection 178(6) were a reference to subsection 119(3) of the previous Act; and (e) the reference in paragraph (1)(c) to section 311 were a reference to section 122 of the previous Act.
