#### 64 Accounts and audit
In relation to an organisation that was, immediately before the commencement, registered under the previous Act:
(a) Division 11 of Part IX of the Industrial Relations Act does not apply in relation to a financial year of the organisation that started before the commencement; and
(b) Part VIIIAA of the previous Act continues to apply, as if the previous Act had not been repealed, in relation to a financial year referred to in paragraph (a).
