#### 63 Records to be kept etc. by organisations (1) The register of members kept by an organisation under subsection 152(1) of the previous Act shall be taken to be part of the register of members required to be kept by the organisation under subsection 268(1) of the Industrial Relations Act. (2) Where an organisation had been granted permission under subsection 152(9B) of the previous Act to keep records referred to in subsection 152(1) of the previous Act at specified premises and, immediately before the commencement, the permission had not been revoked, the permission shall, after the commencement, be taken to have been granted under subsection 268(8) of the Industrial Relations Act in relation to the same premises and in relation to the records referred to in subsection 268(1) of the Industrial Relations Act.
